Quick Tips
∞ Olive Oil isn’t just a friend to Popeye. Eating olive oil instantly makes blood healthier, helps strengthen (by keeping arteries clear, and vessels more elastic therefore stronger) arteries, and sends oxygen and nutrients to your organs. What a gal!, I mean, oil.
∞ Tips to stop over-eating. 1) Train yourself to think about the consequences over instant gratification; 2) plan: overeating starts in the grocery store, plan meals, buy accordingly; 3) for a rush of “feel good” go for a walk, go meditate, just…stop thinking about the things that are triggering you to eat.
∞ Sleep happy! Proper sleep is restorative, rebuilds your body, brain and wellbeing, and helps you live longer. Eating to sleep well just happen to be the same foods as Good Fats (next) and you can add spinach and beans to the list.
